Back At It!

Back in the gym today after a few days off due to weather and some genuine slacker-ness.  I’ve been eating within my calorie range, so I don’t feel completely horrible about skipping a few days at the gym, but I feel SO MUCH BETTER having gone back today.


45 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of strength training = 850 calories burned  - feeling good!


Hope everyone is surviving the cold weather in the States and having a great start to 2014!
